(Tom turned thirty on the 26th, and we nearly set off the smoke alarm from all the candles!!! Thank you to everyone who made it to dinner and then to the afterparty at our place - and the folks who couldn't make it - the phone calls and cards were very thoughtful and very much appreciated!)
Tom said it was his best birthday ever!!!
